Bookkeeping / Payroll / HR / Administrative tasks for Temporary ...

Project Description:
We are an Temporary Staffing / IT Consulting Firm based in New York. He hire people (as W2, 1099 and C2C SubContractors/Vendors) for our clients

When bidding, provide your hourly rate
Approx 175 hrs / month of total work (on an ongoing basis) (See attached Excel file, for details of work).

Ideally we want to hire 1 company - that will assign 2 people, both working part-time - one doing bookkeeping (approx 95 hrs/month) - one doing administrative (approx 80 hrs/month) - both people need to be available US business hours

You will do ALL work by Remotely logging on to our PC/Servers in the US (via Remote Desktop or some other Software like TeamViewer). This works slightly slower than working on a local PC

General Tasks
------------------------
- Payroll - Verify & Save timesheets received via email/faxes, Enter Hours in Excel, QB, Intuit Online Payroll
- Bookkeeping - Invoicing, A/R Follow up, Bank Reconciliation, Various Reports
- Administrative - Respond to email queries, general HR work, Data Entry, Type resumes, Prepare Reports etc

REQUIREMENTS
------------------------
- VERY DETAIL Oriented - Absolutely ZERO tolenance for mistakes
- Excellent with Numbers
- Good English (verbal and written)
- We currently use MS Excel and Quicken, but want to use something more sophisticated, like Quickbooks or another Custom Developed Application
- Ability to Video Skype, on a regular basis
- Available US Business Hours daily - between 10am to 6pm US Business Hours (EST)
